Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pilonidal Health. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, where we ship, and what to do if something goes wrong with delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no shipping fees are added.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (the “lower 48”).
At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes outside carrier coverage, or international destinations. If you place an order to an address outside our shipping area, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods (such as the holiday season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery by standard shipping is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and distance from our fulfillment center.
Please note that these are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. Total time to receive your order is processing time (1–2 business days) plus transit time (3–7 business days).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, usually within 24 hours of your order leaving our fulfillment center. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or more, or your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact us at help@pilonidalhealth.com.
- For packages that appear lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- For packages marked delivered but not received, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival. If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for details. You won’t need to send the damaged item back.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund (less any reshipping cost).
