At Pilonidal Health, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our coccyx cushions are designed to bring real, lasting relief, and we stand behind them with a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We know that finding the right relief can take time, and that comfort is personal. That’s why we give you a full 100 days from the date your order is delivered to decide whether your cushion is right for you.
If you’ve used your cushion and you’re not satisfied within those 100 days, contact us and we’ll make it right — first with a free replacement, or with a full refund if a replacement won’t work for you. For hygiene reasons, you do not need to send a used cushion back to us. Simply reach out and, once approved, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
This guarantee applies to one cushion per customer or household. Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.
Returning an Unused, Unopened Cushion
If you’ve changed your mind and your cushion is unused and in its original, unopened packaging, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in resalable condition
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
Return shipping for unused items is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (see “Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items” below).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your cushion arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. You will not need to return the item.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the defect or damage (this helps us improve and process your claim quickly)
Once confirmed, we’ll ship a free replacement right away, or issue a full refund including any shipping costs you paid — your choice.
How to Start a Return, Replacement, or Refund
Email us at help@pilonidalhealth.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
If your request requires a physical return (for unused items), we’ll provide return instructions and the return address at that time. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval (for unused-item returns, this begins once we receive and inspect the returned item)
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to post to your account
We do not charge any restocking fees.
A Few Important Notes
- This guarantee covers products purchased directly through pilonidalhealth.com. Products bought through third-party sellers are subject to that seller’s policy.
- We reserve the right to limit or decline requests where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated claims across multiple orders).
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
